Nuneaton 5 - Belper 1

This Nuneaton Team play in the 3rd Team League, was all adults and had a physical approach to the game. So difficult opposition in our last friendly.
Our 3-3-3-1 system again highlighted our areas of weakness, until the defence decided to move the sweeper position to play in front of the defence, this improved things.
We won a number of short corners but still don't have a working routine, although plenty of positive input from the juniors who have a plan. Our junior players all had strong performances, and significant contributions - no passengers here.
We travelled with 12 including a new senior player Toni Nadolski who experienced his first game.
Lots to work out although I'm happy I have my core side for this season.
