Following Sunday’s final England Masters trials day at Olton Hockey Club we are proud to announce that Tom Sherratt from the National League squad has been selected for this summer’s up-coming competitions.
Tom’s first game on June 5th will be at this summers Masters World Cup in Rotterdam where he will run out against Holland, these will be followed by games against Australia, Ireland, Wales, Zimbabwe and South Africa with hopefully 2 more games to follow.
His selection will also see his inclusion at the Home Internationals held this year at Linsnagarvey HC in Ireland during August.
Tom will be accompanied by 2 others from the National League squad in the 40’s age group, those being Will Murray (England Masters Head Coach) and Andy Taylor (England Masters Manager).
With other squads to be announced Belpers contingent could rise to 5 across all age groups with Nick Morris Going with the 45’s and Alan Sutton with the 70’s.
