England Hockey recently made changes to the coach development structure and have launched a revised coach development pathway which provides more accessibility and flexibility for a coach to access relevant support and knowledge specific to their role. We believe this will deliver much better player experiences that will help influence children, young people and adults to take up, stay in and progress within in hockey.

Midlands Office are undertaking an audit to establish demand that clubs may have with regards to the Sessional Coach Award and UKCC England Hockey Coach Award.
