Lozza

Hockey friends gathered today, at Bretby Crem and then afterwards at Lichfield HC, to say our last farewells to Lozza – a sad day. What a fantastic guy he was and his memory will live long at Belper Hockey Club. Our thoughts continue to be with Wendy, Lauren and all the family.

Paul ‘Lozza’ Lawrence was a true gentleman and exceptionally committed player. He gave his all on and off the pitch for the Club. Juniors and seniors have benefited from his enthusiasm and encouragement during his coaching. For this we are forever grateful.

All who were lucky enough to know him have been touched by his caring nature. Lozza, once met never forgotten. An all round great guy, vibrant, passionate, always generous.

Thank you Lozza, from your friends at Belper HC.
