We would like to invite you to attend our annual end of season celebration. It is an opportunity to relax, catch up and have fun. It will be a time to celebrate the past seasons events from across the club in style! Please see function details below:

* Date: Friday 28 April 2017 *Time: 7 for 7:30pm * Cost: £32.50 per person * Dress: Black Tie/Evening dress
Tickets are priced at £32.50 each and include a 3 course meal and entertainment throughout the evening. We hope to encourage as many individuals, partners and groups with any ties with Belper Hockey over the year to attend to make it a memorable occasion. Any donations for the raffle or sponsorship towards any part of the evening would be welcome, please let me know if you’re able to help out.
Please RSVP, using the booking form that can be downloaded below, by Monday 27 March 2017 to secure your ticket, as places are limited. No refunds are available after this date. If you have special dietary requirements, please indicate on the form.
