Car Parking at Belper Meadows Community Sports Club
The car park at Belper Meadows Community Sports Club is now covered by an ANPR parking scheme.
Belper Meadows Community Sports Club (BMCSC) Trustees have entered into an agreement with National Parking Management (NPM) to introduce parking charges for vehicles using our car park.
Club members and their guests e.g. visiting teams will not be required to pay these charges, provided they register their vehicle on the system.
The system is based on Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) whereby vehicles entering our site will be expected to pay for their parking after an initial free 15 minute period of grace e.g. to allow the dropping off of someone.
Club members/parents can pre-register the details of their vehicles so that the camera automatically detects them as being entitled to free parking. This pre-registration is called by NPM as an E-Permit on their signs. Pre-registration only needs to be done once per vehicle whilst remaining as Club members, but will need to be repeated if they change their vehicle. E-Permits are not suitable for occasional users.
Visiting teams and other BMCSC guests will be able to park for free provided they enter their vehicle details on the tablet provided in the foyer of the Clubhouse. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE LEAVING THE SITE. They will need to enter these details via the tablet in the pavilion foyer every time they come on site.

Number plate details to be all in CAPITALS with no spaces e.g. AD18EXB
You will be notified by email when your vehicle has been issued with an E-Permit until that time you will need to enter your vehicle details on the tablet in the clubhouse foyer.
Once you have been issued with an E-Permit it will run indefinitely for that vehicle.
Belper Hockey Club members/parents can obtain a fob (for a small deposit) by contacting Wendy Morris. A fob will enable access to the pavilion and tablet, should the door be locked.
Failure to adhere to the process will result in penalty charges issued by the parking company.
Belper Meadows Community Sports Club cannot be held responsible for parking penalties issued by NPM.
