Dust your DJs off and check there’s no need for a dry clean. Find your bow ties and cuff links (always a last minute scramble in our house) and ladies, if you don’t already have an outfit shopping is now – GO!

Food must be ordered in advance. Please choose one starter, one main course and one dessert from the options given and e-mail your choices to Lou a.s.a.p.
Starter
1. Spiced carrot & ginger soup topped with toasted sunflower seeds, served with charred sourdough (v)
2. Tomato & buffalo mozzarella bruschetta, red onion, balsamic glaze (v)
3. Chicken liver parfait, rocket & cucumber salad, onion chutney, sourdough
Main
1. Roasted chicken breast with buttered new potatoes, carrots and a light chicken gravy
2. Grilled fillet of salmon, buttered new potatoes, pea & spinach salad, salsa verde dressing
3. Courgette, pea & green bean risotto with feta (v)
Dessert
1. Raspberry sorbet, red berry coulis, strawberries, freeze-dried raspberries, fresh mint (ve)
2. Flourless chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream
3. Lemon cheesecake with chantilly cream
