Celebrating 100 years of Belper Ladies Hockey Club and this seasons successes for the Men’s and Ladies sections
Dear Members, Associates, Supporters and Enthusiasts: Past and Present
We would like to invite you to attend our Annual Dinner Dance & Belper Ladies HC Centenary Celebration, to celebrate, relax, catch up and have fun.
It will be a time to celebrate not only the past season’s events, but the 100 years of Belper Ladies Hockey Club in style! We hope to encourage as many individuals, partners and groups with any ties with Belper Ladies Hockey Club over the years to attend to make it a memorable occasion.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to celebrate the Men’s Hockey Club and their season’s successes.
Venue: The Marquee at Derbyshire County Cricket Club, Nottingham Road, Derby, DE21 6DA
Date: Saturday 25 April 2020
Time: 7 for 7:30pm
Cost: £37.50 per person
Dress: Smart Casual
Tickets include a glass of prosecco, bottle of beer or soft drink on arrival, a Hot Fork Buffet (a choice of three dishes, including a vegetarian dish) followed by a dessert buffet, tea and coffee. Speeches and awards from the Ladies’ and Men’s Sections over the season will take place, along with further presentations to mark the Ladies Centenary, along with entertainment throughout the evening.
There will also be a Raffle, a Centenary Exhibition and Centenary Books available for purchase on the night.
Any donations for the raffle or sponsorship towards any part of the evening would be welcome, please let me know if you’re able to help out.
Please RSVP by Saturday 4th April 2020 to secure your ticket. No refunds are available after this date.
**U16s attending the event must have a named responsible adult in attendance. Responsibility is not with the organisers.**
