Doors open 6.30pm for 7.00pm start
Where: The Gateway Centre at Derbyshire County Cricket Club
Price: £45 (includes £1 for ‘Heads & Tails’), payable via Clubbuzz
Bookings close on Friday 31st March 2023
Dress code: Black tie, optional.
There will be a 3 course, sit down meal, tables of 10.
A welcome drink included in the ticket price & tea/coffee after the meal is also included.
There will be the usual speeches & presentations after the meal, raffle, disco, and the chance to catch up with members from both men’s & ladies hockey.

➢ The event venue will contact each attendee by email to ascertain your menu choice/dietary requirements, and there will be the option to pre order drinks for your table.
➢ Under 16s need to be accompanied by a named adult.
➢ The venue and event will be totally cashless.
