Today was a special birthday for Allan celebrated, in part, on the pitch and afterwards with a fine cake.
The game was another tussle closer than the 1-4 loss suggests. The Belper Dev8s had most of the possession and field position, but missed the clinical finish to convert the opportunities to goals.
Throughout the game there was plenty of persistence on the ball that often led to Belper winning back possession and towards the end of the game as legs ran out the passing game started to come into its own.
