Ladies 4’s were at Shobnall playing Burton 3’s
We had Kitty and Erin from the 3’s, Hannah from the 5’s and Sally joining us this week.
We lost the PB, however Belper dominated from the start. Sally got her first goal after 11 minutes.
Hannah did a great run into the D, and scored from a cracking strike, however the goal was disallowed as deemed she had swung and intimated a player – poppycock- great goal!
Evie came back 3 minutes later 2-0
Belper continued to dominate and Daisy got the next goal.
Burton got a SC and scored from a deflection off Emma’s stick.
Just before HT, Kitty scored on the post from a great deflection

10 minutes into the 2nd half Evie took a long corner, started to move foreward, it was if time stood still, she kept advancing into the D, with the Burton defence snoozing, took a hit and scored her 2nd goal.
Helen managed to destroy the old duffers at the back by falling over on her derrière, most amusing
Sally completed her hat trick with 2 goals towards the end.
Final score 7-1 to Belper. All goals scored by Belper😉
MOM Evie, for sheer determination and running like a demon. Delighted to be wearing her princess headwear for the 2nd week running!
