Another enjoyable game of development hockey was played at the ever friendly Goosedale venue. The first half was an even encounter with plenty of strong play from Belper. The second half saw a strong start with a well fought for goal shortly after resumption of play. There were several more good shots on the Nottingham goal, but all were met by impressive saves and Belper were denied the chance to go further ahead. With few chances to shoot, Nottingham made the most of a surprise chance to clinch one back and the game ended even.
