NEW RULES FOR 2019-20

What are the rule changes for 2019-20….. WHAT ARE THE CHANGES England Hockey have confirmed that it supports the implementation of all the rule changes with the exception of one. Mini Hockey Round up 2018/2019

MiniHoc have had another busy season with 155 children registered and 20 volunteer coaches/managers supporting the development of our young players. ‘P K = 50 : L M’

P K is PK – everybody knows him as such. His parents probably knew him as Peter Kennerdell. As a youngster he joined Belper Hockey Club in 1969, and has had continuous membership, as man and boy (or should that be ‘boy and man’), now totalling 50 years. The In2Hockey Championships for U10s and U12s were held at Belper on Sunday March 3rd. What a great day for our club! Umpire related abuse – red card suspension. Important Message for all clubs

 UMPIRE ABUSE/ DEROGATORY REMARKS IN DIRECTION OF UMPIRE  Message to All Derbyshire Clubs  Please note that England Hockey, MRHA and Derbyshire Hockey have had a zero tolerance policy for any abuse directed towards the umpire.  Any resulting red card means a minimum of 30 days suspension. U16 Boys qualify for Indoor National Finals

On Saturday 15th December the U16 boys attended the Midland Round of the Super 6s indoor tournament. This was the 3rd year of the competition for some of the boys and they were determined this time to make the National Finals for the Super 6s Junior competition. The boys had 3 pool matches.
